Muy buenas, im not sure how these year reviews are done but I wanted to give it a go. I'll try to make it brief at least.

This year's been pretty big for a lot of reasons. Mostly personal reasons, but ill reserve that for myself cause the personal ones are moppy and sad as a wet sponge and we're here for art huehue >:')!!!

I did talksprites for Maples Maid Service! Its a very cute cozy game i was very fortunate to lend a hand on. @peti and @bleak-creep did and are still doing an amazing job with it. Always updating. Did you know that you can play it now on CoolMathGames? I thought that was cool

I did Manon's talksprites for Loveweb (i love loveweb and doing talksprites hehe) I loved the series since the beginning so i was pretty happy when knowing i was able to help @shadok a little, since this 2 part video was a lot of work!

I did my first long comic (dont check it! its messy to understand and im embarrased, im proud of finishing it tho!)

I learned a lot, and i hope i can still make comics.

Apart from these... I honestly haven't done something real GRAND or MIRACULOUS this year related to art.

i promised myself to draw for myself and draw what i want at the moment, or what makes me happy. So I've been drawing a lot of my characters----

Im gonna keep it that way, thanks a lot for the people who hangs in there with me even if i do this. BUT IM SORRY!!! ill make something cool one day.

I'm focusing on working on comic stuff, i wanna do my own one day. And a year resolution i have its to finish this year the history things to start this year or the next one. I hope everyone is still here to walk with me that bumpy road haha

April is ending, and that means one thing: I've been working on the 2-week game final for the course I'm doing-!

Im sadly not doing the programming BUT I'm doing a lot of art, PIXEL ART-! First time I'm doing it, its super super hard and I'm so slow, blessed be every pixel artist<3

The game we are making its a very simple kirby retro theme inspiration idea I had, my hand hurts-!

I commented my team if we could upload it to Newgrounds and they say they don't mind, so I'm happy to yall look at my first tries to art game and concept stuff

its gonna SUCK ASS THO-! Im being honest, its our FIRST GAME. and in two weeks only, so its gonna be super bad, but I'm SO excited for yall to play this SUPER short dumpster fire-!

Coming before 4 of may or close to that day-!

Randomly out of nowhere, got a 1-year job that was a good opportunity so i had to take it.

Im very sad tho, i really want to study Gamedev. And Knowing that I'm not gonna be able not to focus all the time to code stuff leaves me feeling awfully uneasy

i still want to learn to do video games, A LOT, STUPIDILY A LOT-! So I'm gonna try my best to work and in the hours left of the day, focus on studying by myself this year. I can only try, but i don't trust myself lot

Im gonna start making lil blogs about what's going on every x time + sketches of what I'm working on-previews. I feel like I'm very inactive online cause im "studying", but I'm totally doing productive stuff. Gonna keep these real brief too!

Since helping on Maple's Maid Service the 10-year-old me that wanted to make games was screaming no idea why. And one thing led to another and now i want to try to Gamedev.

Making art for games its not the same as... making The Real Deal lmao. And dont enjoy being an idea guy and wasn't happy with the idea of going around asking coders, hands full of crayon wet paper game pitches: "Hey champ, you wanna work on my game idea?"

What im trying to say its that, i started learning code 1-2 months ago. Its been A LOT of time since i study, and i never did well doing so.

I feel dumb trying, C# ITS KICKING MY ASS AAAAAAAAAAAAaa but i told my bro one of the many games i would like to do one day, and he was so excited. I want him and the people i like to play my silly stuff. Make silly character stories. Give people cool experiences. I've never been so excited to learn, even if its difficult and im not able to properly.

I just wanted to share that my dog finally got her new well deserved decent not frankestein bed ,

Not really sure what it means but i'll take the opportunity to talk a little, youre free to ignore of course-!

This month its been really hard, i started my first temporal job, and i feel like im messing all the time and doing everything wrong there

havent been able to draw at all, or touch the laptop,

i miss drawing a lot

I need to do a lot of art and im afraid im not gonna meet deadlines

New things are scary, and im a mess with routine stuff, also my back hurts like hell from work, which makes me just want to lay down when i come home.

But not all its bad.

Like for example i woke up and im user of the day, whatever it means, its still a nice surprise

For some reason people are being extremely patient and good with me these days, and makes me tear up a lot

I have deadlines,im afraid of upsetting the people i own because my lack of discipline, but im still lucky to be part of these projects, like a worderful game im helping with (little lmao) but still. Cant wait for people to see the effor the other members are putting into it.

And i woke up and saw that a friend bought me a game from steam because yesterday it was thanksgiving

(AAAAAAAAAA BLESS YOU ive wanted to try bug fables for so long, when im free im speedrunning the game aaaa)

Maybe its not a lot, but little things like these, and my family+dog are making these days less pessimistic for me

Im lucky people around me are being patient with me thankfully.
